Trying to fill out WalMart application
by: Diane M. Smith

Dear WalMart, I wish someone who could help me in the company or another person who has filled out a WalMart application for employment could tell me how to complete the aPPLICATION. i SIT AT MY COMPUTER FOR EONS AND try to answer all the questions and can't seem to complete before I have to go do something else. I try to save what I have done and go back to it, but it never works. For a long time now(at least 2 years),I have wanted to try and become a WalMart greeter. A previous comment from one lady I thought was me,but I do not remember sending it. Her name is the same as mine! Diane McBride Smith. Heck, maybe it was me, but the wording isn't just like mine. Anyway, could you help me someway to complete my application. And why are there so many questions to answer, even advertisements? Sincerely, Diane M. Smith

A Little Kindness
by: Anonymous

Well, All I have to say is, who wouldn't feel like smiling at everyone if they were in this woman's shoes? She shouldn't be bragging, it could be taken away someday. Yes, I am disgruntled because my spouse and I are seniors and barely scraping by on Social Security and are actually looking for jobs. Really feels sort of weird but, You do what you feel you have to. In fact, I am trying to apply for a greeters job at Wal-Mart. I would manage a smile regardless of my situation because I do love people,I think I have the personality for it, and above the love of God in my heart. Sincerely, Diane McBride Smith

Thank goodness for Wal-Mart Greeters
by: Ernie

I love it! What an incredible story! The woman in the story certainly is rich far beyond the million dollars. Truly, that's the way we should greet everyone we meet, no matter how rude they may be to us, with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Now that in itself is worth a million! Thanks for sharing.

WalMart Greeter!
by: Anonymous

That's also MY dream job! No papers to grade, no grade books to carry home and work on all weekend, no lesson plans to write, and I would be paid for being nothing but nice! As a retired middle school math teacher, used to teenage attitudes, this would be a pie job!

OMG

This has been a running joke for my best friend and me. We decided to stay in education for a few more years because we couldn't quite see ourselves being a greeter at Walmart! LOL!
