Project Manager , Assistant
by Tom Gudgel
(Maple Valley, WA.)
I am looking for an assistant project manager position in the greater Seattle area. I retired as a Sr. Project Manager for a major telecommunications company with 33 years of service. I am very good as a project manager but do not want to take on a lead roll. I enjoy the energy that is generated as the result of a project and would be excellent as a project support person.
I have lots of experience facilitating meetings and working under pressure. I am familiar with PMBOK practices so with me you would get someone that doesn't have to be trained. I love a challenge and am very good at creating order out of chaos. I also have a can-do, positive attitude.
My preference is to work on a project then take a break until needed for the next project. I am 61 years old, in good health, and full of energy - way to much to sit still and do nothing.
