HUMANE SOCIETY WORKER

Hi-I am 53 years old and still have 13 years to be eligible for Social Security.

My idea of a dream job would be to do part-time work for the local humane society or a no-kill shelter in whatever area I happen to be living in at the time. I love animals and, at that job, I would have the pleasure of working with like-minded individuals.

I would like to work in the area of animal care. How does dog exerciser or cat cuddler sound? To provide some human love to lost or stray animal is very worthy work.

If I wanted to be really busy, I would balance that with some work helping people in need, like reading to children in schools or helping those in nursing homes. In any case, helping humans or animals would make me feel good and useful.
