I have always been interested in geography and geology. I am a professional scientist (PhD)in the area of food science and technology and I have enjoyed my career (in which I have received more than 10 patents, but now feel a need to apply my curiosity, creativity, and passion in an entirely new way.

As I approach retirement, I would like to test the waters to see if there is by chance a wonderful opportunity out there.
