admitting specialist in a hospital

I have over 13 years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and most recently I have more than 10 years of customer service experience. My supervisors and co-workers have always given me high commendations on my work. I don't have the formal education required for the position. The reason this would suit me so well is that I am a helper by nature and very compassionate. I would like to combine my CNA experience with my customer service expertise.
